I honestly don’t know where to start because my experience with Vita Altera was not just an IVF treatment; it was one of the most important and emotional journeys of my life. ❤️ I’m truly grateful to the entire team, but I especially want to thank my dear Negin. She was much more than a coordinator to me. She was there for me like a friend and a sister. Whenever I had questions, felt stressed, or was worried about something, she was always patient, kind, and supportive. She made me feel that I was never alone throughout this journey. There were days when I had a thousand questions and worries in my mind, and Negin patiently answered every one of them. I will never forget her kindness, positive energy, and all the support she gave me. Dear Negin, I truly feel that I owe a big part of this beautiful experience of becoming a mother to your care, support, and dedication. ❤️ You were beside me during one of the most important chapters of my life, and I will never forget that. I’m also deeply thankful to the doctor and the entire Vita Altera team for helping one of my biggest dreams come true. 🤍 From the bottom of my heart, I wish you all the best, and I hope many more couples get to experience the beautiful joy of becoming parents with your help. 🙏🏻❤️

I came to this clinic for IVF treatment and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My coordinator, Negin,was absolutely wonderful ,always available, warm and professional. She guided me through every step of the process and made me feel safe and supported at every moment. Today I received the big news , the test is positive! I have no words to describe how grateful I am. If you are just starting this journey and looking for a clinic you can trust, don’t hesitate. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
