I wish I could leave a better review as the girl was sweet but unfortunately I was quite upset with my lashes. First, before anything, the girl smelled of cigarettes very badly, which made for a poor experience as her face was right above mine. But fine, I wouldn’t have cared if she had done my lashes right. But before we started I said several times I do not want my current ones removed as I had a lot left and fresh, and she said okay several times. I just wanted to freshen up the lashes that had fallen out and remove any that were about to fall out. She seemed to have understood. She then proceeded to use some remover on all of them, wasting a good set I had. The remover burned my eyes and I have never had this experience in my years of getting lashes done in several different countries. I asked her if I could go wash my eyes because they burned quite a bit. Since she had already removed what I had, I gave her new instructions and asked if we would be done in 1.25 hours as I had another appointment after, to which she said no she needed 2 hours. If she hadn’t removed what I had, she would have needed no longer than an hour. At that point I couldn’t do anything so said okay please just hurry and let me know when it is time for me to go l, it’s okay if they do not look perfect. I understand she was short on time so maybe couldn’t do them as well as she normally does, but she also didn’t follow my request of having short lashes at the end (she put long ones) and the lashes themselves are so sticky. I cannot brush through them bc of this. When she was removing she also tugged on so many of my natural lashes damaging them and never was gentle or apologized. I really wanted to have a good experience but regretted coming here as there were too many negative factors.

🇵🇱 Polski Pan doktor to specjalista, którego można polecić każdemu z czystym sumieniem. Trafiłam do niego z infekcją ucha i widoczną perforacją błony bębenkowej – zostałam wyleczona antybiotykiem, a następnie dwukrotnie dokładnie skontrolowana. Dziś po problemie nie ma już śladu, wszystko pięknie się zagoiło. Muszę dodać, że jestem hipochondrykiem i przeżywam każdą dolegliwość jak dramat… nawet zdarzyło mi się uronić łzę 🙈 Dlatego uważam, że Pan doktor jest nie tylko świetnym laryngologiem, ale też doskonałym psychologiem – spokojem i empatią potrafi uspokoić największego panikarza. Klinika również zasługuje na pochwałę – nowoczesny sprzęt, nienaganna czystość i bardzo sympatyczna obsługa sprawiają, że człowiek czuje się tam naprawdę zaopiekowany. I came with an ear infection and a visible eardrum perforation – I was treated with antibiotics and then carefully checked twice afterwards. Today there’s no trace of the problem, everything healed beautifully. I must admit, I’m a hypochondriac and I tend to treat every little symptom like a tragedy… I even cried 🙈 That’s why I believe the doctor is not only an excellent ENT, but also a great psychologist – with calmness and empathy he can soothe even the biggest worrier. The clinic also deserves praise – modern equipment, spotless cleanliness, and very friendly staff make you feel truly cared for. Kulak enfeksiyonu ve görünen kulak zarı perforasyonu ile geldim – antibiyotik ile tedavi edildim ve sonrasında iki kez özenle kontrol edildim. Bugün artık hiçbir sorun yok, her şey çok güzel iyileşti. İtiraf etmeliyim ki biraz hipokondriğim ve her küçük şikâyeti büyük bir felaket gibi yaşıyorum… hatta ağladım bile 🙈 Bu yüzden doktorun sadece mükemmel bir KBB uzmanı değil, aynı zamanda harika bir psikolog olduğuna inanıyorum – sakinliği ve empatisiyle en büyük panikleyeni bile rahatlatabiliyor.
