personAbout
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology (English Program) at Girne American University between 2018 and 2023. During my undergraduate education, I gained professional experience by working in different sectors during summer breaks. I also provided private English lessons to primary school students. In my second year of university, I started working as a Seminar Coordinator at Akansel Education and Consulting, and I continued in this role until I began my master's degree. After graduating from my undergraduate program, I started my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Near East University in 2023. During my master's education, I began providing online voluntary psychological counseling. At the beginning of this process, I conducted my sessions under the supervision of experienced professors in the field. Later, I continued providing voluntary counseling for approximately two years, which allowed me to further develop my clinical experience. As part of my academic work, I published a case study on Generalized Anxiety Disorder in an international peer-reviewed journal. The case study was based on the therapeutic process of one of my voluntary clients and was prepared in accordance with ethical principles. In addition, I completed my master's thesis in the field of Clinical Psychology. In my professional practice, I believe that every individual has a unique life story. I strive to provide a safe, ethical, and evidence-based therapeutic environment where my clients feel understood and supported. My goal is to help individuals gain insight into their difficulties, discover their inner strengths, and improve their overall well-being.
