I had a wonderful experience at the fertility clinic throughout our IVF journey. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, well organised, and made as easy and stress-free as possible. The entire team was professional, caring, supportive, and always available to answer any questions and guide us through each step of the process. A special mention has to go to Elizabeth, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole journey. She always made us feel comfortable and reassured, and her care and attention made such a difference during what can be an emotional and stressful time. I would also like to thank the doctor for being so professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. We always felt that we were in safe and capable hands, and everything was explained clearly to us along the way. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of compassion from the whole team. On one occasion, I wasn’t feeling well, and they were kind enough to open the clinic for me, which meant so much. That level of understanding and willingness to go the extra mile really shows how much they care about their patients. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism we received. The whole experience was handled with such care and made a difficult journey feel much easier. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through IVF or considering fertility treatment. Thank you to the entire team, especially Elizabeth and the doctor, for making us feel so supported every step of the way.

from the very beginning of our Journey we were reassured with regular communicationfrom a dedicated team member who speaks English. Lyndsay was at the end of the phone day and night with any query or concern we had. when we arrived in Nicosia we had private transport arranged for all our appointments. The staff at the clinic were all so warm and welcoming. we both felt how they genuinely wanted a positive outcome for us. it took us just two rounds for a positive result. we are so blessed, we couldn't be happier with the service and treatment we received. From the moment i messaged this clinic, everything was so different from the rest i had contacted. The rapid response from Sherry was surprising. She explained the entire process and called me to make sure i understood the whole process. Getting me ready for my travel, my medications, airport pick up were all arranged by the amazing Sherry. She even helped me with hotel recommendations . This woman is amazing . Sherry is very patient, really cares about her patient. It felt like i knew her from a long time ago. The entire team were professional, caring, and supportive throughout the process. The doctors took the time to explain each step clearly, answer all my questions, and make me feel comfortable and confident. I speak of Sherry so much because she was my coordinator and a super woman. I have a positive result because of Sherry. Sherry was always available when i needed guidance. She answered all my numerous questions( i can be very demanding ) Sherry is such a kind woman The clinic is well-organised, clean, and welcoming, which made what can be a stressful journey feel much easier. Less i forget, sherry took care of my little one anytime i was at the clinic for my appointments. Free of charge. Thank you so much. I’m truly grateful for the care and support i received and would happily recommend this clinic to anyone considering IVF treatment.

After attempting to do IVF in Edinburgh, Manchester, and Leeds in the UK, I was feeling quite depressed as the messaging was constantly that I was too old. I also felt that despite my tests and results the clinics felt a need to emphasize my age. Any woman over 40 is more than aware of their age and the fact that clinics couldn’t find a way to do patient care without constantly focusing on that number was ridiculously inconsiderate and cruel. I also felt that despite the cost, admin and continuity of care was inconsistent. You were being constantly handed off to new clinicians and admin and start all over with explaining your status. At EuroCare IVF, it was different from the start. The admin staff develops a personal relationship with you and is easily accessible with WhatsApp and emails. They know your name. They know your story. They are invested in your success and sense of well being. Lyndsay was extraordinarily helpful from presenting various options to explaining cost breakdowns. Once choosing to do treatment, I had a warm, competent, and kind patient coordinator assigned to me. Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air being so responsive and informative without being condescending. Although it took several tries, we were fortunately successful! The clinicians were nice as well in patient contact. The only real downfall is that if you live abroad, it’s difficult to not to have more of a relationship with the medical staff. But they do whatever they can to make the experience more pleasant and inform you the whole way. I don’t regret it and am so grateful for my son, being 47 when I conceived finally and now holding him in my arms in the UK. I have such fondness for the staff, especially Elizabeth, and wish this experience to anyone having fertility challenges.
